Office Scheduler/Administrator
We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, hard-working, and experienced Office Scheduler/Administrator who is also able to provide excellent customer service.
This is a M-F hourly, full-time position from 8am-5pm. We offer benefits such as insurance (health, dental, vision), vacation as well as personal days and matched retirement.
Pay
From $19.00 per hour
Preferences and Requirements:
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or plumbing scheduling software is helpful but not required
- Must have excellent phone and customer service skills
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Must be comfortable using computers
- Must know how to use Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must have outstanding organizational skills
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to problem-solve
- Must possess effective time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties (including but not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Scheduling
- Data entry
- Creating service orders
- Taking payments via phone
- Taking messages
- Following up with customers
